This was my 1st massage in 3 years and I've been going to the gym quite often and this last 6 months and I had a back and neck pain that was unusually painful and we decided to come in to massage life spa and I had an hour and amassage and the next morning I had no neck pain no back or shoulder pain whatsoever I would highly recommend this spot to anybody all my friends and family they do such wonders and they are so kind.
