My husband and I have a recurring appointment for massages as a part of our preventative health plan. I have had plantar fasciitis and it has hurt so bad that I have not been able to perform my regular exercises for quite some time. Jill has the magic touch and has performed deep tissue massage to break loose the fibers that were restricting movement and causing pain. My husband sees Vi and has sciatica which she was able to work out and maintain. They are both experts at what they do and knowledgeable of the techniques to use based on our individual needs. They have worked wonders and we are so thankful to be able to be "normal" again.
