I came in for a 30 minute massage to focus on my glute, I was having a lot of sciatica pain and tightness in that area. Emily did an excellent job getting the muscles to release and listening to my feedback throughout the session as well as intuitively finding what areas needed work. 10/10 great job Emily and I feel so much better
