Your therapists are excellent at what they do, and also kind people.
Treatment was lovely and I really liked Arnetta- she was knowledgeable and thoughtful. And she made me feel welcome. Only small feedback was that she was about 15 mins late without explanation -- I find that frustrating as my time is limited, and so would recommend she either adjust her treatment times or the spa communicate more clearly when people are running behind schedule. That is all- otherwise all was good.
