• I have never had a waxing or hair removal procedure done before. When I inquired about services the lady (sorry I forgot your name) was very polite, patient, and informative. Then when I went for the appointment she checked my skin, verified what I was looking to have done, explained the process and why she chose the technique she was using. She was extremely polite, enthusiastic, and did not comment on my weight . I felt very welcomed while I was there and very confident when I left.
