• I rarely rate anyone or anything with a perfect score. I liked my overall experience but there is always room for improvement. Kelsey is a lovely person and a good masseuse. I did think she talked a lot about her problems, which under typical situations I like hearing about other people's problems. But when I'm being pampered I want to reduce stress and so emphasize affirmations and positivity.
