• Joni is so sensitive and caring when giving you a massage. I have very sore joints and she knows how to help me the most when I am in pain!!!! Highly recommended!!

• The instructor was amazing. The studio was clean felt like a comfortable space to practice. I really liked the location with the trees showing from the windows and spa next door. Safe and relaxing ambience. Loved the hard wood ceilings and lighting. Will be back soon!
