• I was filled with anxiety, overwhelmed, and didn't know what to do. After searching Google, I found Spa Northwest. I read the description, and Yin Flow Yoga sounded helpful. I've never been to a yoga class, and Kayla made me feel welcome. Kayla's pace was perfect for me, and I'm glad she didn't hold the other participants back while making sure I would benefit from the poses. The class was calming, and I felt better immediately. I will definitely be back and recommend Spa Northwest.
