• From the moment I picked up the phone to call the spa with questions, til the time me and my daughters walked out the door from our relaxing massages, Cathleen and her staff were absolutely wonderful! We were visiting Bradenton for my youngest daughter's 21st Bday and wanted to get a massage (niether of us had ever had one) and I didn't want a chain massage, but something local and personal and Spa Northwest fit the bill. Everything about the experience was great. If I'm ever back in Bradenton, I'll be sure to visit again...

• When I walked in for my appointment I was greeted in the loveliest way by all 3 employees who happened to be in the lobby. My appointment was fantastic, every minute of it.
