• Jen and Rob were absolutely fantastic! Rob’s kind and warm demeanor and outstanding customer service is the best I’ve seen in years. Jen’s attention to detail and highly skilled service resulted in the best massage I’ve ever received. She was so kind and genuinely cared. She was also excellent at tailoring the massage experience to my body. I haven’t ever felt as welcomed and cared for in the 5+ years I’ve been coming to Spa Mariana, as I did Sunday. Thank you Jen and Rob! You’re making a difference! :)

• Margo is amazing! I was hesitant to return after my favorite massage therapist left. Margo is attentive, provides the right amount of pressure and does a great job. I feel completely relaxed and even doze off even through a deep tissue massage. My one complaint is when I was at the facility this week, there was an odor in the lobby and bathroom area. It smells like mildews or like there was old mop water used to mop the floors. I understand it can be an oversight but I want my spa experience to smell like a spa to match the services that Margo provides. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they said "they don't work in that area." I was bothered by this response since they do greet guests and the lobby vibe and smell sets the tone for a spa experience. So a simple, we will notify management would've been sufficient. Again, not a reflection of Margo who was absolutely amazing!
