• Your manager Robert is a class act. Extremely knowledgeable about your services & products. I called on a Sunday without an appointment. I was having issues with my lower back. Your staff has helped me in the past with this. When I asked if there were any cancellations he told me unfortunately there were not! He then asked if he could call me back because he was going to speak to a member of the staff to see if they would be willing to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Well, they did! On a Sunday. To me that's over the top service. Keep in mind that it's always great service but this was above & beyond. My entire family use your spa and I recommend it to everyone I know.
