Andrea was excellent, Excellent customer service by the front desk staff. However, It would be nice to have either a semi private lounge area or lounge chairs with room dividers to stretch and relax.

I loved how soon I was able to get in. The ambiance and staff were amazing. Loved being able to have a glass of wine prior to my service, not everywhere is doing that and it really helps me calm down from the day. Katie was phenomenal. I've already rebooked to come see here again in a couple of weeks. Very happy I found yall!
