The service was wonderful and my lash lift and tint looks good. I took 1 point point away because the primer brush to the mascara in the $150.00 lash package I purchased was broken. When I took it back the next day, they would only give me a spa credit. This doesn't make sense to me because the product was damaged and they will be getting their money back from the manufacturer. I wanted to deduct more, but didn't want to take away from the overall service.
