Andrea was perfect for my facial. The only blip in my visit was the introduction. It was my first time there and I don't feel I was properly given all the instructions that I needed. There was no rudeness. I just needed to know where to go after sauna. I ended up walking in the hallway and found a worker to ask what happens next. I wasn't sure if someone was going to come get me in the sauna or what room I was supposed to go to. I would still come back and would and have already recommend Andrea for facial.

I love the friendly staff that greeted us and set up with robes and slippers along with Mimosas and then my massage therapist was so good and just from beginning to end the whole relaxing experience is always a highlight of my year!
