There was an unexpected power outage, out of the control of the spa lux staff. But they still took our appointment & made the best of it!

From the minute I walked in to the second I left I had very wonderful service from kind front desk to a great technician. Even when I had a reaction to the patches used when tinting eye lashes my sweet technician helped me and was so kind. My only complaint was that I had to go to the restroom while I was waiting for my appointment to start and before I got back my tea had been taken away and it was delicious. I love visiting.
