The massage was outstanding as well as the customer service at the front desk, however, I’m not a fan of sharing the wait room with men, which by the way, was a surprise to me as this is not documented on the SPA website, the brochures or at the time of booking my massage. Also, the person who helped me with the reservation over the phone made a mistake and booked me for a “wrap” instead of the massage I asked for. However, the supervisor corrected it at the time of check-in and added a nice foot wrap for free.
