I enjoyed the tea and water in the serenity room. The chairs were more comfortable for me than the benches. Would not have enjoyed it if the chairs had been unavailable. I had never been in a dry sauna and I found I really liked it! It was clean and I felt comfortable. I had Theresa as my masseuse, and she really worked my upper body to help relieve tension. She was great and I will use her again!
