The facility itself was so clean and comfortable and cozy as soon as you walk in. Caroline at the front desk was such a sweetheart and did her best to accommodate and make the process super simple. The women's lounge was super cute as well and it was well stocked. Shannon was the absolute best! I loved getting to talk to her and she felt like a friend by the time that I was done with my facial! My fiancé got his facial with her next, and we both enjoyed her so much. We will absolutely be coming back before our wedding!
