Everyone is always so welcoming and pleasant. The gal from the front desk catered to me by providing a drink, making sure I knew how to use the lockers, provided robe and slippers. I used the sauna for a little while and she even popped in to see if I needed anything or a refill etc. Katie is my preferred massage therapist after having her once from a random rotation and she's amazing! She remembers my preferences and treats me like she's a friend of mine which I appreciate. I always feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards
