Loved my masseuse, loved the facility, everyone was very nice and accommodating. I wwoukd have given a ten but the deduction was due to the FREEZING temperature in the building. It was so cold in the waiting area and massage room, my toes actually ached and it was hard to relax and get the full experience. I spent an extra 20 mins in the sauna just to warm up!
