  • Great environment, relaxing and staff is super sweet, My massage was excellent.
  • LOVE the staff, loved our massages, the robes are luscious, sauna was so nice to experience, fabulous mimosa's!! Suggestions: 1. Move coffee table out of middle in "Relaxation Room" (waiting area before massages and relaxing area after) to create room for a few ottomans for people to put their feet up...which creates more ambiance and bumps relation up at least 50%. 2. Hire more nail techs. We came in from out-of-town for our services. I was giving my very exhausted daughter, who had moved across the country recently, the gift of a spa day. I was so excited about her getting this great gift. I fell in love with Spa Luxe two months ago when my husband and I stayed at the Sheraton for our anniversary. For this trip, I had booked a mani-pedi and a 110-min massage for my daughter weeks ago, and I hope you can relate to my deep disappointment when the day before her spa day I was told that two of her 3 spa services were being cancelled. I was close to tears when I told her about the cancellation--and with no back-up plan from Spa Luxe. As a spa owner, I would have done just about anything to get someone else to come in and take care of an out-of-town client, even if I had to hire a temp. I had explained the importance of the bookings when I had initially made the appts. Having said all of that, based on everything else I would give Spa Luxe a 10.
