9- I felt the service was great. It would be good to have a chair that leaned back or recline some as feet were getting worked on. Also, it would be nice to listen to relaxing music while sitting. Talking is great, and soft music is too. Technician did a great job. I felt she was a little too gentle. She also said my feet were good and did not have much work. I like all my cuticles tended too, maybe next time that can happen. Hot towels, I like the heat. They were sort of warm as on my skin. I do like to feel toasty. I'm a teacher and the school buildings are always cold. A blanket blanket/warmed blanket would help. When towels were opened I think she didn't want to burn me so lots of steam left quickly which did not make for a lasting, barely warm towel experience. The exfoliating scrub, love it. It's ok to apply medium pressure. Like I said, think she was being so so gentle so it was not uncomfortable, but I also want to feel like it's working more than I would do it at home. Nail polish, amazing!! I loved how quick drying it was. No worries on having to be so so careful when I left.
