Andrea was perfect for my facial. The only blip in my visit was the introduction. It was my first time there and I don't feel I was properly given all the instructions that I needed. There was no rudeness. I just needed to know where to go after sauna. I ended up walking in the hallway and found a worker to ask what happens next. I wasn't sure if someone was going to come get me in the sauna or what room I was supposed to go to. I would still come back and would and have already recommend Andrea for facial.
