1. The facilities are beautiful, clean, organized, and inviting. 2.Beth, who actually provided the service, was simple, extraordinary, kind, and efficient! She made me feel very comfortable through the appointment. 3. My daughter made and paid for the gift certificate for me. She changed the information to my name. I completed the information and updated my personal information in the requested questionnaire before the appointment. When I arrived, the information you had for the appointment was still in my daughter's name, and the completed questionnaire did not get recorded. 4. I was given a balance for the visit for 2 different amounts. After I informed the front office staff, she triple checked and agreed that there was no balance... a little frustrating!
