Excellent experience. Only a few things could make it even better! 1) while my massage was happening--someone was putting away glassware for what seemed like a long time, it was very loud. 2) i think increasing the volume of the music slightly would be helpful--during all of my visits i have felt that the music was too quiet, it would be much more zen if the music was loud enough to drown out footsteps, stomach growls and the basic hall noises
