My massage therapist, Kim, is amazing. Her skills and warm, friendly manner will bring me back frequently! Also, the concierge desk is wonderful! Every time I enter, I feel welcomed and appreciated -- this is a terrific service, and the head concierge (and I am so sorry I can't recall her name at the moment!!) is especially gifted at customer service!
