I chose 9 because the masseuse was **excellent**, the facilities were very nice, but I felt a tension from everyone - seems like everyone was hurried - staff dashing back and forth, upselling, just a rushed tension from staff. Also, there was a lack of a solitary feeling that I've had in other spas - the meditation room is an awkward feeling cold community space where it's difficult to relax. Separating the room into individual spaces, and further separated reclined seating with blankets and curtains would feel more relaxing to me. But it was honestly a very good experience and such a wonderful addition to Georgetown!
