Too many to list in this format, but briefly-the ambiance, the waiting area, the incredible knowledge of the aestheticians, the feeling that they truly care about helping me improve and maintain my skin, the quality of the products, the products and gifts for sale, and the ease of the online scheduling. I like that I had an individually prescribed facial with high grade/prescription type products and I didn't walk away feeling like I'd just paid a lot of money to essentially have someone wash my face for an hour as I have at other spas.
