• Immediately greeted when entering. First time. I had my facial then massage. Loved it. The only thing was odd just the gloves during facial. I understand it to be used during extractions but not the whole entire facial. I booked close to closing and didn't get time to enjoy the whole facility. Next time I will book late morning or early afternoon.

• Nice staff. Nice facilities. Enjoyed having a place that I could enjoy a pool and spa with my husband after the massage. We also took a break from the spa and enjoyed the happy hour at the Copper Lounge and than returned for more pool time.

• Spa Intercontinental has the most lovely facility -- a great beautiful space - very clean and sleek. An exhilarating environment with a lovely steam room andlovely locker room. The therapists are excellent I was completely pain-free after my last massage and ended up coming every other day in one week. Fantastic formanicures pedicures and facials also. I just love this place and would choose it over any other spot in Los Angeles
