I was confused by the deep tissue massage. The front desk assistant came by when we were filling out forms saying if we wanted deep tissue it'd be extra and we didn't agree to that. But on paper there was an option to circle and I didnt realize that was the same so we circled it and was charged for that after. It was a great experience and massage just should be more clear like we didn't agree to that and didn't realize if we circled it on paper meant we paid for it. Maybe it could be stated on the paper if you want that it's a charge so it's more clear. Thank you
