• I walked in and was greeted by a smiling face and a warm hello and an offer for water or hot tea. I happily requested the hot tea. They told me that Amy, would be with me right away for my service. I sat in a comfy chair and was already beginning my zen. Amy appeared in seconds and took me to the treatment room for an incredibly enjoyable experience. I left that service feeling like I had not only been educated and enlightened, but also met a new friend. Upon leaving, I presented a gift card to Kathleen, and she had to look up the card by the numbers because it was so old. I apologized and she smiled and said it was not a big deal at all. She said, ‘We always accept any card; I just have to work some magic to make this one happen’. After all was said and done, and the transaction was complete, I remembered that I get 10% off as a founding member at Palette. I blurted out, ‘Shoot! I forgot about my benefit deal that you have going with Palette!’ She said, ‘No worry at all, I’ll put a credit on your account for your next visit. Does that work for you?’ Ummmm, yes!!! I was given a freshened cup of hot tea and invited to sit and relax until I was ready to move on with my day. Zennnnn. THAT is what I call service. ❤️❤️❤️
