• A little busy at check in, she asked me if I wanted green tea or chamomile, I said green. 5 minutes later she brought me chamomile, and then gave me paperwork and said, sorry I forgot to give this to you to fill out. Everyone is busy I get it, but that's the reason for the 9. My therapist was awesome!
