• Breanna Hatch gave my Gran a wonderful manicure and pedicure. She had never had a mani-pedi in her life, and it meant the world to her. My Gran had mobility issues, and the spa staff were so accommodating and kind to her. She kept talking about how amazing her experience was even after we were home. To finish the story, my gran took a turn for the worse the next day. She died yesterday morning at the Health Sciences Centre. I will never forget the kind service we received at Botanica Spa. It was truly the last good day of my Gran's life. Thank you ❤️
