• The staff was friendly and accomodating. My massage was perfect with just the right pressure and hit all of the right spots. The facility itself is beautiful and clean. The temperature of the inside pool was spot on! Not too warm, not too cool. Thank you for an enjoyable and relaxing day with my girlfriends!!!

• Such a lovely place for a Vermont staycation. I relaxed on a hammock to read a good book, and the heard birds chirp while I felt the suns warmth and soothing country breezes. I enjoyed a long lunch outside, and followed it up with a delightful café au-lait and divine house-made chocolate peanut butter ice cream cake. Then I headed poolside to catch some sun and cool down in the pool. As I finished up my book I enjoyed hearing the smoothing sounds of the pool's trickling water feature. I can still hear the trickling water now, in my memory. To top it all off, the spa facilities were just right. To end my day, I enjoyed a long hot shower, followed by a little steam room time. I gave my hair a nice blow dry, and then took a nice nap in the relaxing room. Spending a summer day at The Inn at Essex Spa is surely the best way to rejuvenate after the long VT winter months! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for rest and interested in experiencing a little bit of the European charm we sometimes feel in Vermont. The Inn at Essex is a hidden gem!

• A lovely resort with a culinary spin.. Beautiful grounds with something for everyone and the spa treatments are top notch. The Chefs Table at Junction restaurant is a must!!
