• The grounds and accommodations were amazing! We had the most relaxing and enjoyable time at Serenbe that we have had in years. But the main reason we would return again and again, Mr. Pablo Dean was absolutely OUTSTANDING! His service, smile and attitude just exuded pride and love for his position. He was amazing from the very first interaction helping set up our itinerary, he went beyond to make sure our stay was impeccable. We enjoyed every second of our trip and hope to be back as soon as we are able!

• The services were great! However, it felt a little rushed as soon as we got there. Also, as I have said before, the rooms off the front hall are not relaxing. The noise from the hallway is very loud the entire time. You can barely hear the great spa music. It really should be turned up some, to diffuse the slamming doors, taking and walking through the halls.

• While I have been to many spas and had many massages, this was my first time at the Spa at Serenbe. The entire experience was top tier. One of the absolute best massages I've had. Jennifer was great. I will definitely return!
