• Well. You asked and I love to support local businesses by taking the time to provide actionable feedback Here it goes. The spa (facial and massage) Nicki and Sam the bartender/ bar area were the high points. Y'all are just recovering like so many hospitality facilities. I was impressed that no one seemed to miss a beat. Again to the bar, They were by themselves which was inspiring given the occupancy. The spa missed not steps either. It felt normal for the first time in 18 mons. Ugh. I forgot ..: The blonde waitress with 2 small boys was hilarious and a delight. I didn't catch her name either. Finally. When we arrived the furniture was in sad shape. I mean stained. My friend spoke the front office and the response was to the Inn's credit. Not to make the longest test in world yet longer, I had my wedding at the Ritz and they did a abysmal job, their response was if you come to this property well upgrade you. No refunds for services booked and were no shows. My point is that your staff exceeds all expectations
