• The services are great! If you wanted to bring it up a notch the pre (and maybe post) treatment could be more memorable with personalized service ie: instead of directing the client to a closet with robes pull out a robe(warmed is nice) , offer and pour the tea or wine or a pretty signature mocktail, offer add ons, give them samples or suggestions when they leave, maybe a signature item (even a rose or something they take home to remind them of their relaxing time at the spa) given as they enter or leave as something that makes Serenbe spa more memorable than others or something they can look forward to receiving each time,etc Overall it's great - extra touches would make it outstanding
