• I waited 21 minutes for my appt. I booked the Wednesday special which was confirmed to me but not noted in my billing so I had to question the receptionist. Morgan's facial was fabulous but it seems the esthetician should be allowed a few minutes between booking times to clean and prepare the room. My comments relate to overall procedures. Thanks.
