• The sauna wasn't on, and there is no clear instructions to get it heated. Little disjointed in you have to walk from room to room with shoes and clothes in hand if receiving the services. If multiple services why not have the person change first into a robe pit stuff in locker so they can move about without carrying stuff..other spas when knowing it is my birthday give something.samples anything as an added gesture..as I do visit every year on my birthday I've had this occur several times.
