• Jonathan, Rachel & Heather were all absolutely AMAZING! The other staff members were very personable, helpful & attentive. My only complaint is in regard to the condition of the towels, robes, slippers & facial robe/wrap. I feel like those items were dingy, needed some oxiclean, and/or needed to be replaced, especially the facial robe/wrap. The wrap was old, worn, and tattered. There were clumps of hair strands in the velcro, which didn't feel very sanitary, and the elastic band was so stretched out that the wrap was falling off of me. I think it would be great to have various size wraps or ones that are adjustable.
