• Initial robe I grabbed was used, mold on shower head and a good amount of lint and hair in steam room and shower. Masseuses were amazing and loved that we felt cared for!

• Great service , great massage , nice lounge and amenities... I wish I would have known the sauna was available for everyone's use before I "booked" it. I didn't realize I was paying to reserve it for 2 people. I thought you had to pay just to use it.
