• I chose Serenbe to celebrate my birthday, and overall I appreciated the opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting. For the most part, the facility was clean and welcoming, and several aspects of my visit were truly wonderful. My reflexology session and facial were absolutely phenomenal. Both experiences were professional, relaxing, and exactly what I hoped for during a birthday retreat. Those services truly stood out and reflected the level of excellence I expected. However, there were a couple of areas where the experience felt inconsistent. The back changing and restroom area needed some attention, as it did not reflect the same level of care as the rest of the facility. Additionally, my bamboo massage did not meet expectations. I do appreciate that the service was removed from the bill, which I felt was handled professionally. My daughter also had a service with the same staff member for reflexology, and unfortunately her experience was quite different from mine. While my reflexology session included a thoughtful explanation and assessment, she did not receive that same level of engagement or guidance. Because some parts of the experience were exceptional while others felt inconsistent, my rating reflects that balance. With greater consistency across services and facility upkeep, Serenbe will shine even briter, delivering an outstanding spa experience.

• I had an amazing experience here! The spa was incredibly clean, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel really comfortable and cared for. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing.
