  • My technician was awesome (Katie), but I was disappointed that the lady at the front desk wouldn’t allow me to get my birthday coupon. I live out of town so couldn’t get it around my birthday. I try to visit spa 223 whenever I come back home, so to me it just would’ve been a kind gesture to keep a customer happy. I understand you can’t make that exception for everyone but doing it for someone from out of town would’ve gone a long way.
