I'm thinking that I read 10 as best. From the start, as I experienced: My primary care dr sent me there and he had a high opinion of the clinic. The person on phone for making the appointment was friendly and helpful. On arriving at the clinic, I immediately saw that it was clean and there were precautions in place to protect both the clients and the staff. For the blood draw, the techs were efficient, considerate, and warm. Also, because of making an appointment in advance, I did not have to wait.
