My only very tiny miniscule complaint was that I did wait in my car for over 15 minutes after my scheduled time and when I received my phone call with my results I asked for something documented just to show my supervisor and all I was told was that they would be sent to me. I was checking the app and my email back and forth and had to call to ask where they would be. They they took several hours to process before I received them on the app. Also the app I'm not a huge fan of but that's a conversation for another day.
