  • I didn't like filling out that long form on my phone. I made a mistake on the last question, and the form disappeared! I didn't want to have to fill it out again. After I mentioned this to the receptionist, she stated I could fill out the form , but in paper form. I would have appreciated knowing I had this choice from the beginning. I also felt it was not explained to me clearly how I was to get my results. I was waiting for a text message first, then understood I would get an email. I guess when a patient is nervous about test results, little things like this bother more than they should.
