• Love this place! So relaxing and it really helps me when I'm not feeling 100%. I go for a couple of sessions and feel revived. Highly recommend this to everyone!!

• I had a great experience at southern salt therapies. I brought my two children (1,3) who were suffering from colds and really saw a difference in them the next day. And they had a blast in the fun kid room! Win Win! I'm looking forward to trying to regular salt room soon

• My 3 year old and I love visiting the Southern Salt! We get the relief we need from seasonal allergies and take some time to slow down and relax during the day. Laura has created a welcoming, friendly, and calm atmosphere at the salt room. Come on in and check it out!! You will love it!
