• Of course, quality care is utmost rating. But there is a lot more to the 10 rating. Compassionate staff: Dr Hilton asks probing questions but NEVER follows up with judgemental commentary; however, she is free with suggestions. The friendly and casual relations within staff are so obvious, yet I see clear and rigid expectations of each other. I ran a business before retirement. This synergy of quality and committed staff is rare and difficult to maintain . . . Especially as you work through employee and service issues from time to time. I do not want my comments posted with my name attached. But you are welcome to post as anonymous rating.
