I knocked one point off because some of the bikes in the cycle studio still have electronics that don't work (weeks now) and we were introduced to a Stages app by someone who was friendly and earnest but didn't really know how it worked and couldn't answer our questions. I gave a 9 because Kathy Dotson is a fantastic spin teacher and her class is awesome😁
