I am visiting from Oakland and signed up for a week at your facility. Your staff is incredibly helpful and positive. I took Erin's cross training last evening- she was amazing- giving alternatives - personalizing a group class. She has such a positive attitude- she really makes one want to perform!! Today was yoga with Nicole- she was inspirational with her knowledge of joint health/ blood flow/ sense of self/gratitude- I came out of her class feeling much better about myself than when I went in:) Please let them both know how much I appreciate them.
